Much of what you need to submit, and how you need to submit it, depends on where you completed your studies. For more information, please read the country-specific instructions.

If you are in your final year of bachelor’s studies, you must also follow additional instructions provided by University Admissions.

The documents you need to submit is as follows:

General supporting documents

For all master’s level applications submitted to University Admissions, several general documents are required. You can find more information about this at University Admissions.

Programme specific documents

Apart from the general documentation required by University Admissions, you must also submit several LUMID-specific documents.

a) An updated CV that also include the following:
- Cumulative Grade Point Average (CGPA): when detailing your educational background on your CV, include your CGPA. Ensure that your CGPA is calculated using the United States Grade Point Average system. You can easily determine your CGPA using the GPA calculator. If you cannot find the right grading scale on the GPA calculator for the American system or are unsure how to use the calculator, it is fine to leave your CGPA out from the CV. The programme will then calculate your CGPA in the best way possible.

When calculating your CGPA, it is important to assume the best-case-scenario when you are not sure how a grade should be counted. For instance, if your courses are typically graded based on a A-F-scale but some are graded with only pass/fail, count the pass as an A and the fails as a F. If your program only uses pass/fail, consider all passes as A's.

CGPAs for prospective students we are considering for admission will be double-checked.

- Name and contact details of two references, one professional and one academic. References will only be contacted if deemed necessary by the programme. Recommendation letters are not required and will not be considered.

b) A Statement of Purpose not exceeding 350 words in total, answering the following questions:
- how did your interest in the field of development and management arise?
- how do you think the LUMID programme will allow you to best explore that interest, or what are your main reasons for applying to the LUMID programme specifically?
- how do you expect to the LUMID programme to complement or build on your previous studies and/or practical experience?
- how do you expect to bring forth the knowledge gained in the LUMID programme in your future plans?

Note
- At the top of all LUMID-specific documents, write "LUMID" in CAPITAL LETTERS, bolded, and with a larger font size. This is crucial for easily identifying the correct documents relevant to LUMID.

- LUMID does not have any preference regarding the template or structure for CV or the statement of purpose beyond the instructions provided above.
